Fatma Rekik

I am a soil scientist by training and an agricultural development expert by practice working to solve some of the world's most pressing issues related to agricultural sustainability, food security, rural poverty, and malnutrition in developing nations. My Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD education at Cornell University, combined with my experience working in governmental and multinational organizations including the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA) in UAE, the Food and Agriculture Organization (UN-FAO), USDA, and the Ministry of Agriculture of Tunisia, have diversified my skillset and enriched my work in the area of scientific research, aid and development. I am a driven, hardworking, and resourceful individual who believes in proactive out-of-the-box solutions.
