13 years of experience with international agencies in the development cooperation sector with relevant experience in conducting socio-economic assessment in policy analysis, programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in many different developing countries;
Great experience in conducting country programmes evaluations, project performance evaluations and assessments and project completion reports;
Proven track record of data management and analysis, with particular regard to gender disaggregated data and gender impact assessment indicators;
Excellent communication and analytical skills in English, French and Spanish; fluency in written and spoken Portuguese;
Strong ability in conducting research and policy work, providing syntheses of documentation on specific themes and undertake impact studies;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and different tasks efficiently;
Great capacity to work in cross-cultural and politically sensitive environment.
