With eight years of humanitarian aid field experience in Turkey and Syria, Feras is highly familiar with coordinating with partners and administrators, monitoring and evaluating projects, as well as providing technical support to ensure quality improvement of multi-sectoral projects environment, leading large M&E teams +120 plus multiple implementing partners in advisory and a hands-on implementation capacity, assessing M&E systems for different I/NGOs and providing capacity building, developing learning strategies and leading the results related communications with different institutional donors such as (DFID, ECHO, USAID, OCHA and others).
