I have 25 years of experience in Grant Management, Monitoring and evaluation, Gender equity and Gender mainstreaming, Child protection, Gender and sexual based violence, baseline survey and qualitative analysis research I was fortunate to be able to work in different sectors that enabled me to gain various expertise. I have worked in democracy culture, good governance, economic development, education development, and democratic education. During the past 15 years, my work scope focused on working with civic engagements in Egypt, Arab countries and North Africa through Program Management focusing on building self-sustained institutions and developing capabilities, to enable the organizations play a proactive role in the development strategies of their countries.
