I am a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the humanitarian and de velopment sector, specializing in project management, fundraising, and program quality assurance. My career has been dedicated to enhancing organizational performance through the design and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), the development of comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks, and the execution of due diligence assessments to ensure donor compliance and mitigate operational risks.

I have a proven record in securing funding and managing multi-sector programs covering Food Security, WASH, Health, Education, Governance, and Peacebuilding. From 2017 to 2024, I served at NAHR as a MEAL Officer, where I oversaw integrated humanitarian projects funded by UNOCHA, managed, tracked indicators, and ensured ethical data management and community feedback mechanisms. Later, as a Senior Fundraising and Partnership Officer (2019–2024), I successfully developed over 200 project proposals and secured grants from major donors while ensuring timely, high-quality reporting and compliance. Currently, as the Programs Quality and Compliance Coordinator at NAHR through 2025, I lead the management of the Portal365 system, ensuring that all projects are properly uploaded, updated, and monitored.

My key responsibilities include tracking project progress and indicators, monitoring budgets and spending, identifying and managing risks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, coordinating with project teams for timely reporting, and training staff on system usage.
