Senior MENA research, monitoring, evaluation and learning (RMEL), programme and assignment management specialist with more than 12 years of experience across tens of professional assignments. I lead and deliver projects and tasks for evaluations, third-party monitoring systems, applied research and assessments, feasibility studies, programme and strategy development. Moreover, I have completed learning and evaluation frameworks and technical proposals across several sectors, including livelihoods and employment, private-sector development, TVET focusing on youth and women’s inclusion, and building self-resilience.

Through my career, I have developed a practical understanding of how donor-funded programmes are built, mobilized and implemented, and of the institutional conditions that enable or obstruct delivery. I work comfortably across donor, government, consultancy, implementing-partner and private-sector interfaces and translate their different expectations into workable methodologies, partnerships, delivery arrangements and decision-ready outputs.
