Strong mixed-methods research and evaluation expertise, including KIIs, FGDs, surveys, desk reviews, stakeholder consultations, sampling, data quality assurance, triangulation, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Extensive evaluation experience applying OECD-DAC criteria, GOCA, Most Significant Change (MSC), Theory of Change, and results-based approaches across donor-funded programmes.
Current UNOPS/KfW evaluation experience supporting data collection and analysis for the Joint End-of-Project Evaluation of the Labor-Intensive Maintenance in Public Areas programme in Jordan, including consultation on/refinement of data collection tools, qualitative evidence collection, analysis, and triangulation. The evaluation uses surveys, KIIs, FGDs, site observations and mixed-method analysis.
Education and livelihoods expertise, with experience examining employment, skills development, vulnerable populations, school environments, education access and equity, and education-to-employment pathways.
Policy and institutional analysis experience, including national policy and strategy reviews, governance and institutional assessments, stakeholder mapping, policy-gap identification, and development of evidence-based recommendations.
Experience working with government, UN agencies and international development partners, including the Ministry of Education, OECD, UNOPS, IREX, USAID-funded programmes, NRC, Plan International, and EU-funded initiatives.
Strong evidence-to-recommendation capability, translating primary and secondary data into analytical findings, actionable recommendations, technical reports, policy products, dashboards, and management decision-support.
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, including consultations with senior government officials, universities, civil society organizations, programme beneficiaries, development partners, and institutional leadership.
Strong technical and analytical tools, including Power BI, Excel, Salesforce CRM and KoboToolbox, complemented by experience in data visualization, evidence synthesis and analytical reporting.
