As a passionate and resilient change agent, I possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience to support healthcare, education and philanthropic organizations. Also, my past fortunes in business and human relations have positioned me to care of the less privileged within my circle of influence. As an example in my current role as CSR Officer at Seha Healthcare, the people in the organization are truly the most important asset.
However, their lack of English language skills prevent them from adding value to themselves and the organization. Therefore, I started assisting only interested candidates in English Club weekly conversation sessions to strengthen their language capabilities in tune with their roles.
It is my belief that ethical businesses must take care of their employees so that their employees take care of their customers. In the case of Seha, the patient is the underrepresented citizen who lacks health insurance or is under-insured, and must therefore pay out of pocket expenditures which dent their budget.
Even with my extensive experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee training and development, there is always room and breadth to learn from new engagements and projects.
