A practicing lawyer before the Palestinian courts since 2018, she is a certified arbitrator in civil and commercial contract disputes with the Palestinian Ministry of Justice and holds a Master's degree in Civil Law.
She is a researcher and trainer in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), particularly arbitration, with a professional and academic focus on developing legal knowledge and promoting alternative dispute resolution practices.
She possesses extensive academic and research experience in legal studies, gained through her participation in peer-reviewed scientific conferences and the preparation and publication of specialized legal papers in the areas of insurance, arbitration, and ADR. She also contributed to the publication of the third issue of the Mediation and Arbitration Journal at ACT.
During her tenure as head of the Legal Committee at ACT, she managed the Arbitration Forum, overseeing the organization and presentation of more than twenty specialized dialogue sessions on arbitration topics. She also moderated several local sessions, seminars, and conferences related to ADR.
She has experience in coordinating and managing projects at the ACT Foundation for Conflict Resolution, and contributes to the management and implementation of projects related to alternative means of conflict resolution, promoting access to justice, empowering youth and women, reducing gender-based violence, in addition to developing initiatives that contribute to promoting social justice and civil peace.
