(TORs) • Development & Feasibility studies for industrial zone area with chamber of engineering industry • Assisting in planning projects activities • Special project-based Technology Implementation (renewable energy-solar panels) • Developing methodologies and approaches to implement the planned activities. • Preparing budget estimates for implementing activities • Implementing, following-up and evaluating the planned project activities. • Designing Competency Based Training Programs (CBTP) curricula in the fields of vocational training materials • Developing knowledge and performance tests • Designing and preparing Training Needs Analysis formats and documents. • Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for different sectors. • Organizing and implementing tailored training programs. • Conducting training programs for Assessors and Verifiers. • Organizing and implementing training programs in accordance with stated objectives and standards. • Preparing assessment materials for Competency Based Training Programs. • Preparing equipment, tools and materials lists required for automotive workshops. • Leading training activities • Excellent knowledge of the needs of the private sector in Egypt, including the industry sectors. • Plant layout for automotive companies in Iraq • Experience in training in the engineering sector • Good knowledge of the TVET 1 program • Excellent knowledge of the labor market in Egypt • Experience in development and upgrading of the urgent needed training packages of the engineering industries sector. • Project management • Mastering Business Modeling (GIZ certificate) including feasibility study
