In 2012-2023 as Program Director for NDI (National Democratic Institute) in Jordan had managed parliamentary strengthening, women and youth, civic education, refugees integration programs. Had supervised a team of 160 full-time staff members with an annual budget of 6-7 million USD.
Former Team Leader for the European Union parliamentary program in Azerbaijan; former UNDP Consultant in Uzbekistan, Sierra Leone, Papua New Guinea, Tajikistan.
Had conducted training and workshops on various governance issues in Jordan, Iraq, Tunisia, Libya, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Azerbaijan. Georgia, Papua New Guinea, Tajikistan, Serbia, Montenegro, and other countries.
