Throughout my career, I have advised organizations ranging from startups to multinational groups across sectors including technology, telecommunications, industrial infrastructure, digital transformation, and business services.

Having led strategic growth initiatives, operational transformations, fundraising efforts, market expansion programs, and M&A-related operational activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, I am highly motivated by environments where analytical problem solving translates directly into measurable business outcomes.

In my recent roles, I founded and led IKTIS (www.iktisgroup.com) in France, a consultancy and AI/IoT venture focused on innovation and digital transformation, while also advising organizations on growth strategy, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives. Previously, as Group Program Manager of strategic projects at IHS Towers, I led large-scale operational and acquisition programs involving over USD 3 billion in infrastructure assets and managed subsidiaries with assets exceeding USD 100 million. I have also worked extensively in consulting and business development leadership roles with organizations such as Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens AG, and various advisory firms.

Beyond executive leadership, I remain deeply execution-oriented. I have consistently worked in multicultural and high-performance environments where independent problem solving, structured analysis, stakeholder alignment, and client-facing communication were critical to success. This have pushed me to lead the business development and fundraising of Mentor Arabia NGO, be a founding member and board member of the National Council for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Lebanon (2018-2020) and lately a founding member of the Consulting Community of Practitioners in Lebanon (2025-), as well as a mentor for startups with INSEAD AI Lab Venture (France) and with NITAJ (Iraq).

In addition to fluent English, I am fluent in French and Arabic, and I have extensive international exposure working with clients and stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, and global markets. My academic background includes a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a marketing management diploma, and Masters in engineering degree from the University of Balamand.
