Trained in economics, business management, international trade and finance, with practical experience in application of International Labor Standards to businesses, International Trade negotiations, Customs, private sector development and improving the business and investment environment. Under UNDP Project, assumed responsibilities in areas of SMEs development, administrative and legal reform, trade facilitation, improving business environment, trade negotiations as well as capacity building, including design and implementation of technical assistance programs for economic, labor and trade reform. Served as Advisor to Ministers of Economy/Trade and Finance in Lebanon 2006-2013. Served as Senior Employers’ Specialist at ILO’s Regional office for Arab States (ROAS) covering 12 countries.
