33 years experience in the civil work and got the Ashoka Foundation Fellowship for introducing concepts of children's rights in the Egyptian educational system since 2005. Magdy Saad was the head of the evaluation team for several development projects in the Arab Republic of Egypt in addition to the formulation of educational and development projects. He currently is the Manager of Tanweer Foundation for Education and Development since its establishment in 2001, and he is responsible for technical, financial and administrative management in addition to evaluation and follow-up.
