I have more than 40 years of experience in food manufacturing, trade, research and development, institutional strengthening and capacity building. When it comes to agricultural projects, I have started up a food ingredients company, concentrating on the plant, quality control and R&D. Before starting up my private company, I worked with a multinational US petrochemical company. I have managed a trading company in Sudan for over one year and it gave me a valuable experience in the Sudanese market, growth potentials in agriculture and food industries. Recently I have been engaged in the management and delivery of training program related to the Agro-Food industries working closely with the Chamber of Food Industries in Egypt.
