More than 4 years of experience working with refugees over 20 nationalities leading Quality Education and then Child Protection activities at Catholic Relief Services in Egypt. All the projects has been mainly funded by UNHCR, UNICEF or proposals and projects with other governmental and intergovernmental donors as the European Union, USAID, DFID and BPRM. Before arriving in the UK, I held the role of a Child Protection officer, leading the design and implementation of a diverse Child Protection portfolio targeting specifically unaccompanied and separated minor refugees originating from the horn of Africa funded by UNHCR and UNICEF. This portfolio included activities ranging from psycho-social support for minors to language classes, recreational activities and vocational training for youth.
