Mohamed Karodia

Mohamed Karodia is a senior independent education consultant and programme development specialist with 15+ years of experience across South African private and public higher education. He holds an M.Ed. from UNISA and is a CHE-registered Programme Evaluator, with deep expertise in South Africa's higher education regulatory landscape — including CHE accreditation, HEQSF alignment, NQF programme development (Levels 5–10), SAQA registration, and DHET compliance.

As Principal Consultant at Onpoint Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Mohamed offers end-to-end curriculum and instructional design services, short learning programme (SLP) development, coaching and mentoring programme design, and institutional capacity building. He has developed and submitted competitive tenders for development sector clients, including a Coaching and Mentoring Curriculum tender for HELM (R380,000) and has conducted strategic bid evaluations for UNICEF and FSD Africa opportunities.

Alongside his consulting practice, Mohamed serves as VP of Business Development, Sales & Marketing at Kush Digital College — overseeing admissions, B2B partnerships, digital distribution, and institutional bids. He is also the founder of Lingua Learn South Africa, an EdTech venture focused on digital language learning.

His thematic expertise spans higher and tertiary education, EdTech and digital learning, workforce and skills development, coaching and leadership development, and education quality assurance systems. He has worked across South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa and is open to remote and international engagements in the MENA region and beyond.
