Through my experience and academic background, I have acquired determination, independence, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly and apply that learning proactively. I have also developed acknowledged competence in project and program management, monitoring and evaluation, external relations, capacity building, strategic analysis and planning, projects and programs development, fundraising, communication, and events organization. It is worth mentioning here that I have participated in the development of several projects and programs. In the last 15 years, I raised more than 12 million euros for several Palestinian, Japanese, Egyptian, and French organizations. This money was invested in different developmental projects that were reflected positively on improving the life situation of people with fewer opportunities. This scoring was a natural result for a systematic approach based on the concepts and mechanisms of logical framework, participatory and human rights-based approach. Creating partnerships and consortiums is one of my main focus areas. A part of my work was the development of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks, which are connected with Strategic plans. Also, I am working as a consultant for several Palestinian and international organizations. Most assignments conducted for the benefit of these cooperatives are summarized in the development of organizational and financial systems, strategic plans, and programs development.

Furthermore, I am a member of several boards of directors for local and international organizations, including Creativity and Education and Action 4 Sustainable Development. In addition, I would like to point out that I am the president of Creativity Lab for empowerment and innovation. This is a Palestinian initiative that encourages creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship among Palestinian youth. Through the use of creative and non-formal educational methods, I have facilitated hundreds of events over the course of the last 25 years. As part of the Erasmus + program, I have participated in a number of tool fairs (three of my tools and approaches have been recognized by Salto). As part of the European Solidarity Corps, I was also able to obtain a quality label for my organization.
