I have expertise in designing and operationalizing MEAL systems, including theories of change, indicators, data collection methodologies, and mixed-methods evaluations. I also have the ability to generate actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis, supporting adaptive management and evidence-based decision-making.

I bring added value through my experience integrating MEAL within emergency response and operational contexts and strengthening accountability mechanisms and learning processes.
