- Broad knowledge of monitoring (internal and external) and evaluation assessments (control mechanism) including cost-benefit analysis, SWOT analysis and impact assessment, needs assessment, stakeholder’s analysis, research studies, strategy analysis, risk analysis/assessment, prioritization process, feasibility and current analysis.
