Rawad Massoud

Rawad Massoud has spent over 13 years working on air pollution and climate change, specializing in greenhouse gas emissions, carbon accounting, and reduction strategies across the Middle East and Africa. He co‑founded V4 Advisors, the first private firm in the region authorized by WRI and WBCSD to audit corporate carbon footprints under the GHG Protocol — a milestone he remains proud of. Through V4 Advisors, now a member of the Carbon Accounting Alliance (CAA‑UK), he supports hospitals, banks, and industrial companies in the GCC with GHG inventories, Net Zero strategies, and sustainability reporting.

Earlier in his career, Rawad was part of the research team at the American University of Beirut, focusing on air pollution studies. He holds a Master’s in Toxicology and Environmental Health from Utrecht University.
