At present time, I am working for Humanity & Inclusion (HI) as Regional MEAL Manager.
In my current position, I Supervise overall MEAL activities conducted at missions level, provide technical MEAL support to the Rehabilitation, Economic Inclusion, Inclusive Education, EDEI programmes, in addition leading Evaluation and Lessons Learned Exercises. Also, I have worked as MEAL Manager for Action Against Hunger (ACF) and M&E focal point for Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) with other programmes such as Education, Youth, WASH, Shelter, Mental Health, Livelihood, and ICLA. As well as, I have developed a training content on M&E fundamentals, Data collection, Data analysis, Interviewing techniques, Advanced Excel, Power Bi, and ODK (Kobo) command and tools design.
