Safiya Zbidi is the founder and manager of Tunisian Establishment for Agile Management (The Team). Before founding The Team, Ms. Safiya worked for about twenty years as a Business Analyst in digitalization projects in various sectors of the public service during her career at the National Center for Informatics (CNI) of Tunisia.

Within The Team, she is currently applying business analysis in master plan development projects and project management assistance for major accounts in the state and private sectors.

Safiya Zbidi obtained her CBAP certification in 2022 and is one of the founding members of the IIBA Tunisia Chapter and is currently a member of the Board of Directors in charge of training.

Furthermore, she is PMP, PBA, RMP and ACP certified by the PMI and has delivered hundreds of project management training sessions.

She has produced a set of course materials in business analysis and has led several seminars to prepare for ECBA, CCBA and CBAP certifications and practical workshops for the application of tools and techniques.
