Dr Said Sabri is an outstanding managerial, marketing and business development expert, with more than 25 years 'experience in delivering technical consulting services to local, regional and international clients. Dr Sabri experience includes financial schemes, analysis and monitoring; large, medium investment due diligence; venture capital; marketing strategic plans; corporate negotiations; trade promotion and facilitation; and investment mobilization and management in a wide range of industries, including food processing; agriculture and agribusiness; marble and stone, steel manufacturing, textile business through providing market linkages and export facilitation. ; Business incubator, vocational training; Trade & Export& Import pharmaceuticals; industrial parks; and tourism. As the Deputy Chief, in charge of Project Operations for the Palestinian Agriculture Partnership Activity (PAPA) on a USAID-funded project with the value of 80 million Dollars, determined regional value chain analysis of the agriculture market to identify key sectors and producers that benefit from the programmed. Develop regional and national strategic action plans on agriculture market development that will address Market sustainable competitiveness, in addition, to contribute in designing the setting up the internal insurance policies and mainstreaming in the Agriculture sector. Dr Sabri supports the Palestinian private sector in building linkages and partnerships with International businesses to promote Palestinian agricultural, industrial, and trade exports in addition to creating business incubators. In addition, Dr.  Sabri, was the Team Leader on behalf of Japan Government to support creating, commencing the Jericho Industrial Park- JAIP- providing his assistance in building all types of incentives and providing ongoing support to PIFEZZA in establishing regulations and rules, in addition, providing capacity building to public employee staff, participate in all public and coordinating meetings, and on top, build the financial scheme incentive plan: PRIDE, be part of the concision agreement protocol negotiation. Dr Sabri brings expert knowledge of trade conditions and systems, as evidenced by a previous engagement as a senior trade commissioner in Europe. In this capacity, he provided consultancy, training and advice to European firms on methods for penetrating Middle Eastern markets and to Middle Eastern firms on export regulations and opportunities in Europe. A skilled human resource and marketing trainer and supervisor, Mr Sabri has more than fifteen years’ experience in the design and delivery of management and vocational training and has presented lectures on marketing, business development, and management to audiences in Jordan, Egypt and Palestine. Experience in market linkages, assessment, and B2B business, Trade shows and building of long-term sustainable strategies on various sectors.
