I have the skills and experience needed to work as a trainer including to identify training needs and develop tailored training materials and curriculum along with interactive learning techniques (games, workshops, role play, exercises, etc). Besides, I develop training evaluation and assessment tools (surveys, questionnaires, rubrics, etc) and provide timely quantitative and qualitative training data and reports to the organization, and have coordinator skills
For the last two year, I have worked with UNICEF and NGOs as a capacity building consultant including the planning and delivery of training workshops on Leadership, Management, self development, health issues and HIV/AIDS, Child exploitation, sexual harassment and abuse. The scale and scope of responsibilities expanded to 5 different governorates (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Damietta , Marsa Matrouh) and included the work with refugees social and community health workers
