Senior independent consultant, strategist, and former civil society executive with nearly two decades of experience across the humanitarian, development, public health, mental health, and harm reduction sectors. My work combines organizational and programmatic strategy, resource mobilization, systems strengthening, partnership development, and policy advocacy, with particular expertise in supporting locally led and community-based organizations operating in complex and crisis-affected settings.

As former Executive Director of Skoun Lebanese Addictions Center, where I worked for 15 years, I led organizational strategy, program development, financial and operational adaptation, donor engagement, and partnerships through some of Lebanon’s most challenging years. I have mobilized and managed more than USD 20 million from bilateral and multilateral donors, UN agencies, foundations, philanthropic institutions, corporate partners, and humanitarian funding mechanisms, and have extensive experience in fundraising strategy, proposal development, donor relations, grant management, and compliance.

My technical expertise spans harm reduction and mental health systems strengthening, drug policy reform, protection, and the integration of services for marginalized and crisis-affected communities. I have led and advised initiatives ranging from integrating harm reduction and substance use services into public primary healthcare systems to developing crisis-responsive programming, organizational strategies, resource mobilization plans, and community-led advocacy approaches.

As an independent consultant, I support civil society organizations, international actors, donors, and public institutions with strategic planning, organizational development, program design, resource mobilization, partnership mapping, facilitation, policy and advocacy work, and  qualitative research. My approach is grounded in human rights, localization, feminist and intersectional practice, and a commitment to building sustainable solutions that strengthen local ownership and community leadership.
