I am an gender justice consultant focusing on supporting civil society and grassroots organizations maximize their impact and achieve their missions. I work with NGO directors and their teams on:

My work is grounded in ten years of work experience in international and civil society organizations working on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. I have a strong background in international development, social and gender justice, and expertise in program design, management and evaluation, strategic planning, and policy and research development. My work is rooted in my extensive knowledge of the context of the MENA region, as well as in my academic and professional background. My approach prioritizes co-creation, establishing trust-based relationships with partners, and developing sustainable and long-term solutions.
