Source: This report draws on DARPE’s daily aggregation and classification of public procurement notices of 5,251 and 4,804 opportunities in the first two quarters of 2025 and 2024 respectively, sourced from over 1,250 procuring entities—including public agencies, international organizations, and foundations.

The date shows 10% increase in overall opportunities, but with noticeable decline in grants and high-value Request for Proposals. Sych decrease is mostly attributed to dismantling of USAID, donor budget cuts (e.g., FCDO, Swiss Development Agency) and strategic funding shifts.
