Young people in Egypt are finding hope thanks to a new partnership. Shaghalni and the Digital School have reached a deal to start the "Jusur Al-Foras" project. The goal of this program is to help create over 10,000 jobs and equip 100,000 young people with employable skills. Omar Khalifa, CEO of Shaghalni, and Dr. Waleed Al Ali, Secretary General of The Digital School, signed the agreement. Its main goal is to directly link education to actual employment opportunities.
Training will be managed by the Digital School via its SkillED Academies. They will provide well-defined, organised courses that align with current employer demands. In order to prepare for future employment, young people will acquire modern skills and practical knowledge. Flexible, technology-based techniques are used in the training to make it easier for more young people.
Shaghalni will work with businesses and research the Egyptian labour market at the same time. They will integrate job-matching tools into the training process and develop close ties with employers. This facilitates trainees' transition from coursework to paid employment and ensures that the skills they acquire result in actual employment.
This partnership is a clever strategy to combat Egypt's youth unemployment rate. "Jusur Al-Foras" gives thousands of young people access to direct employment connections and excellent training. It helps everyone have better futures and a more robust economy.
