3A Consultancy & Training is an Egypt-based QHSE, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental, and Capacity Building consultancy firm. Our practice covers OSH and QHSE consultancy, environmental compliance, EIA studies, risk assessment, ISO management systems, firefighting, carbon footprint calculations, technical training, and institutional capacity building.
We deliver projects through an Assess–Adopt–Achieve approach: identifying gaps and risks, tailoring practical solutions, and supporting implementation through consultancy, training, reporting, and follow-up.
3A has over 15 years of practical experience across industrial, petroleum, construction, public-sector, and development-related assignments.
