Overview
The Action Solidarité Tiers Monde - ASTM association is a Luxembourg development NGO that has been working for almost 50 years to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged. It is committed to the political, economic, social and cultural emancipation of peoples from so-called "Third World" countries. The respect and the implementation of the fundamental rights of the human person are at the heart of its actions.
