Association for the Promotion of Education and Training Abroad (APEFE) is a non-profit organisation working for the development of technical capacities in the southern countries. As the international cooperation agency of the Federation of Wallonie-Bruxelles and Wallonia, APEFE is also strengthening collaborations of belgian institutional stakeholders working in the field development.
