Arab Youth Climate Movement Qatar
Overview
The Arab Youth Climate Movement Qatar (AYCMQA) founded in Qatar in 2015. They are an independent, non-profit, think-and-do-tank for environmental awareness & advocacy, research, and policy analysis. Since its founding in 2015, Arab Youth Climate Movement Qatar (AYCMQA) has been dedicated to improving environmental policy, developing grassroots awareness, and capacity building at the community level.
We are committed to mainstreaming environmental and climate issues into relevant policy areas. We research, support, and evaluate environmental awareness and policy at national, Regional (Gulf), and Middle East levels, bringing together actors from civil society, academia, and policymaking. The results are in-depth analyses and innovative recommendations. We are also committed to building holistic ecological education programmes and to collaborating with different partners from the region and beyond.
