Overview
Ennakhil Association is an independent regional organization. Founded in Marrakech in February 1997, Its mission is to popularize and promote the rights of women and their children through a multidimensional approach based on the principles of democracy and equality.
The intervention of the Ennakhil association is defined by a multi-annual strategy declined around 3 main axes:
- The development of community services and consultation mechanisms to support women and children victims of violence.
- Promote parity within elected assemblies through studies / analyses on existing or to be put in place legal mechanisms; advocacy with legislative bodies, relevant government institutions, policy makers; as well as through capacity building of candidates and elected officials.
- The socio-economic improvement of women by strengthening their capacity, and their structuring in a "cooperative/network of cooperatives" status for a better integration into the labour market of their know-how.
