The Association of Upper Egypt for Education and Development (AUEED) is a long‑established NGO empowering vulnerable communities in Upper Egypt through quality education, health, livelihood and community development programmes, with a special focus on children, women and youth. AUEED’s mission is to foster a more socially responsible society by expanding inclusive schooling, combating illiteracy, improving basic health, creating job opportunities and preserving Upper Egypt’s cultural heritage.
