Association Téboursouk Au Coeur

Overview

The Téboursouk Au Cœur Association (ATAC), founded on February 26, 2019, works for the sustainable local development of the Béja Governorate, particularly in the Téboursouk delegation.

Its mission is to strengthen the civic and economic participation of young people and women by promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and the preservation of natural and cultural heritage.

Among its flagship projects are: “Your Opinion Matters” (citizenship and public participation); “IDMEJNI” (scientific and technological inclusion – SWAFY/EU4Youth); “Merveille LAB” (digital inclusion and mobile FabLab); “Thameni” (olive oil waste valorization – GEF/UNDP); The Dougga International Olive Oil Festival, celebrating local produce. Through these initiatives, ATAC contributes to building a sustainable, inclusive, and innovative local economy, safeguarding natural resources, traditional know-how, and new technologies to serve local development.
