Bahrain Institute of Public Administration

Overview

The Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) was established by Royal Decree No. (65) on June 28, 2006, under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Operating under the Council of Ministers, BIPA is dedicated to enhancing government performance to support the nation's economic and social development goals. Aligned with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030, the institute focuses on training government leaders, improving public sector capabilities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. BIPA offers a range of services, including training, research, consultancy, and assessment and coaching, all aimed at fostering sustainable development and promoting a culture of excellence within the public administration.
