Baseline is a consulting company specialized in the fields of (MEAL) monitoring, evaluation, assessment, and data collection established in the Syrian capital, Damascus, during the prolonged Syrian Crisis by group of Syrian experts. With the increasing number of humanitarian interventions directed to Syria, Baseline provides its consultations in the fields of evaluation and monitoring to a wide range of partners, aspiring to provide them in a transparent and evidence-based manner concerning the Syrian context in its various levels and sectors.
