In February 2019, Beit el Baraka launched a free supermarket, providing essential food items to those in need. They also refurbish homes for members unable to maintain their residences, ensuring safe and decent living conditions. Their medical support program fully covers treatment needs, offering free medical care and pharmacy services. Additionally, their education initiatives, such as the "Forsa" program, aim to prevent the collapse of Lebanon's education system by supporting private schools, students, and teachers during economic crises.
