British Red Cross

Overview

The British Red Cross is a volunteer-led movement that connects those who have kindness to share, with the people who need it most. They help people and their communities prepare for, deal with, and recover from crises. Whether that’s supporting someone following a hospital stay or an emergency, training people on how to save a life, helping refugees and asylum seekers who have been forced to leave their homes, or working with Red Cross and Red Crescent partners across the world. They rely on the kind acts of  volunteers and supporters to ensure that everyone gets the help they need in a crisis.
