BRULOCALIS
Overview
Brulocalis (formerly AVCB, the Association of the City and Municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region) is a non-profit organisation serving the local authorities of the Brussels-Capital Region, managed by them. Created in 1993, it is the result of the regionalisation of the Union of Belgian Cities and Municipalities , Brulocalis' main mission is to help the 19 Brussels municipalities and CPAS to fulfil their own missions in the service of citizens.
