Overview
CA 17 International is a French company specializing in consulting and assistance in rural and agricultural development. The company was originally created by Jean-Louis Forgeard-Grignon, an agricultural engineer, with an elected agricultural professional, Jacques Maroteix, to promote regional expertise in development internationally. Charente-Maritime is a region in Europe that has developed a policy of excellence in concerted land use planning, sustainable management of natural resources and economic development based on the participation of the rural world. Since its creation in 2000, CA 17 International has supported professional organizations, local and national institutions and private organizations in their development and sustainability strategies throughout the world.
