Centre for Global Education
Overview
The Centre is a non-governmental development organisation based in Belfast which aims to raise awareness of global issues and encourage action toward social change. They organise events, deliver training, produce publications and provide a wide range of resources to target groups in the formal and non-formal education sectors.
The Centre has been working in the Gaza Strip since 2011 in partnership with a Palestinian Non-Governmental Organisation called the Canaan Institute which specialises in training, capacity-building and education at a community level.
