ChangemakerXchange (CXC) is a global nonprofit organization that empowers young social entrepreneurs, innovators, and activists. Founded in 2012 and based in Berlin, Germany, CXC connects over 1,000 members across 130 countries. The organization focuses on creating supportive environments for changemakers aged 16 to 30, fostering connections, well-being, and collaborative learning. CXC's flagship offering is its five-day summits, which provide immersive experiences for changemakers to network, learn, and develop projects. Additionally, CXC maintains a global community that facilitates resource sharing and collaboration among members. The organization also runs an AI for Social Impact Program in partnership with SAP, helping social entrepreneurs leverage AI tools to address pressing challenges. Through structured peer-learning sessions and mentorship, CXC supports members in scaling their social initiatives, making a significant impact in various issue areas, including climate action, education, and health.
