Overview
Collective Routes is an enquiry-driven collective committed to researching existing approaches, experimenting with new practices, and producing grounded knowledge in social change. They bring together socially engaged practitioners in participatory research and collaborative learning across the fields of Youth Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Organizational Culture, Culture for development, and Social Policies.
Collective Routes provides consultancy support to development organizations in research development, learning design, and facilitation. Their work includes, but not limited to, conducting participatory evaluations, delivering capacity building programs, facilitating participatory action research, evaluating and creating organizational culture, designing and evaluating social policies, and facilitating technical workshops and scale-large events
