Creative Tunisia
Overview
Creative Tunisia , a component of the European Tounes Wijhetouna program, is a project to strengthen the value chains of crafts and design in Tunisia which aims to support the competitiveness of the crafts and design sector, in order to ensure an upgrade of products and access to national and international markets.
In line with this dynamic, Creative Tunisia 2.0 is a job creation project in the crafts sector through support for migration stakeholders, part of the European EDMEJ initiative, and which builds on the results obtained within the framework of the Creative Tunisia project. Its objective is to diversify employment opportunities, thus offering an alternative to emigration as the only path to success, while capitalizing on the expertise and know-how of the Tunisian diaspora.
