Overview
The Danish Family Planning Association is a private, non-governmental organisation (NGO) without religious or political affiliations. They work with associations and organisations within the sphere of sexual and reproductive health and rights. their goals are:
- Decision makers and authorities at national and international level respect, protect and honour sexual and reproductive rights as an end goal and as a means of human well-being and development.
- By 2020, two million people are empowered to exercise their sexual and reproductive health and rights.
- The DFPA is an efficient, legitimate and accountable organisation with strong public support and a growing base of funding.
