Droits et Justice
Overview
Founded in 2009, "Droit et Justice" is a non-profit organization that aims to improve the judicial system and the rule of law in Morocco. Droit et Justice aims to facilitate access to justice for all social classes, denounce instances of legislative and judicial dysfunction, and provide solutions and recommendations to these shortcomings.
Droit et Justice works to promote access to justice through a number of projects, so that all citizens of Morocco may enjoy and understand their legal rights and freedoms in the democratic Kingdom of Morocco. Droit et Justice supports asylum seekers through their Legal Aid for Refugees in Morocco (LARM) project by providing free legal assistance to asylum seekers in Morocco and training Moroccan lawyers and members of NGOs who provide assistance to migrants on the details of Moroccan refugee law.
