Education for Employment (EFE) Tunisia
Overview
Education for Employment EFE-Tunisie is a locally registered non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) created in 2012 that leads a national initiative to create economic opportunities for unemployed youth across Tunisia. Our approach begins with an in-depth labor market analysis that focuses on building partnerships with private sector companies across Tunisia – from global multinationals to local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) – to identify labor market needs. recruitment and the skills required to perform their work. Then, we design targeted, sector-specific training programs for young people that translate into direct employment or micro-entrepreneurship opportunities.
