Founded in 2012 by Özcan BIYIKSIZ, Efla Architecture is an architectural firm committed to approaching design issues of all sizes with the same sensitivity. To date, it has participated in the design and implementation phases of numerous projects both domestically and internationally. In addition to design, it also provides project management services.
